Which is better on your skin: Vitamin E or Vitamin C?
I just need to know because I got one zit on the middle of my forehead right before a big day! Please help! I need to know which vitamin is best on my skin and if you have any easy home remedies let me know.

Vitamin E is correct, like many people before me said. Vitamin C cannot penetrate the skin, but Vitamin E can.
Benzoyl peroxide is a cheap way to fix acne, and it will work much better than either vitamin ever will. You can pick this up just about anywhere, like a grocery store. This is Clearasil’s active ingredient, but generic products will cost you no more than $3. Simply clean the area with soap and apply.
Frankly, Vitamin E and C are not meant for this type of work anyway, since they are mostly anti-oxidants (among other things.)
