vaseline (petroleum jelly) vs nivea intensive care skin cream ?

I have severe dry skin condition on my hands and legs. Parched flaky skin even on summers for years together. Recently almost a month back i started treating myself regulary alternatively with vaseline and nivea ! Buti have’nt found any improvement yet !
so which one do you think is effective for my skin ?

I prefer vaseline. It has a ton of uses.

You could always try a gentle exfoliator, cover you hands/ legs with a light coat of vaseline, and then wear gloves/socks to bed. They should be softer in the morning.
