Countless studies from all over the world are confirming the amazing health benefits that fish oils have on depression. So, does omega 3 help depression effectively? The answer is an absolute yes.

Studies have even shown that omega-3 fatty acids can reduce depression and even eliminate it as effectively as antidepressants, without the side effects. I’m not saying that omega-3 fatty acids will cure everyone’s depression, because we all have different causes and reasons why we are depressed.

With over 90% of people today suffering from a deficiency in omega-3 fats, it is no wonder that a simple fish oil supplement can help in delivering such magnificent health benefits.

The human brain alone is made up of 60% fat, which begins to show you why omega-3’s can have such a big effect on your mental health. The best sources for omega-3 fats are without a doubt fatty fish, but there is a problem with eating high quantities of fish today, say doctors.

The reason is because they are swimming in increasingly polluted waters, which can cause poisoning in the human body. Luckily, there are technologies, such as molecular distillation that purify fish oil and make it usable by humans in capsule form.

This is why experts and doctors are recommending that everyone start supplementing with omega-3 capsules, and start experiencing the tremendous health benefits that come from providing your body with the building blocks that it needs to function optimally.

In conclusion, omega-3 fatty acids have been proven to alleviate and even eliminate depression altogether. It has also been shown to help in eliminating anxiety, worry and other mental problems. Make sure that you only buy the highest quality product that has been proven both effective and pure.

Apart from taking omega3, is there anything else to help reduce pain in arthritic joints?

I don’t want to keep on taking pain kilers. Excercise sometimes helps, but anything for too long makes the pain worse. I eat a fairly balanced diet, if on a limited budget. I am only 53 and worry that my lifestyle is already affected by pain. Any advice would be helpful.

In my book, these are the things good for arthritis in order of very important to helpful…

Bromelain, chondroitin sulfate, essential fatty acids that dont have to include omega 3, like omega 6 oil complexes, salmon oil, flaxseed oil, lyprinol; glucosamine sulfate or n-acetylglucosamine,
msm, s-adenosylmethionine,( do not use it you are manic depressive or take prescripton anti depressants) sea cucumber, silica, superoxide dismutase or cell guard, trimethylglycine, vit e, boron, calcium, magnesium, plus copper, vit d and zinc, cerasomal cis 9 cetylmyristoleate, dimethylglycine, free form amino acid complex, Nature’s Plus joint cream, kelp or alfalfa, multienzyme complex, ( do not use if you have a history of ulcers), selenium, a hypoallergenic formula of b vitamins, pantothenic acid, folic acid, vit c, vit k, garlic capsules, msm lotion, arthritic pain relief cream from Wakanuga, and there is more…I have stuff on herbs and other foods to eat and ones to stay away from, and other things to help, you can email me for more info if you want the help and dosages. Stay away from iron if you can and caffeine and red meat, and fat period, also dairy products, citrus fruits, paprika, salt as much as you can, tobacco and sugar. Avoid peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, and white potatoes. These interfere with enzymes in the muscle and may cause pain. Get iron from beets, black strap molasses, brocolli, spinach, fish, lima beans, and peas.
I have more info, so like I said you can email me if you like…if you try all this stuff, try just a couple of things at a time to make sure your body handles it well. Good luck!!

Behind the glossy images in magazines, and on television, there lies dangerous anti-aging secrets.

Most skin care products, even the “natural” ones, contain many harsh chemicals used in industrial processes.

These chemicals are known to cause a wide range of adverse health effects, ranging from skin irritation to cancer.
But the skin care companies don’t want you to know this.

If you knew the truth, you’d have second thoughts about buying many of the most popular skin care products on the market……even the expensive brands.

You can stop aging by educating yourself on effective anti-aging skin care and use anti-aging products that will work for you and your skin.
